_____My name is Shannon and I got married September 13, 2008. I'm writing because my mom and I were at our wit's end to find a suitable "Mother-of-the-bride" dress for the big day. We had exhausted nearly all means until that final Saturday - the day my mom decided was to be the last attempt. If she found nothing "today", she'd have to resort to having something made.

Not only did she love her "find" but so did everyone else at the wedding!! She received many compliments and continues to be told how stunning she was. I agree and am thankful for the part you and your staff played in making my special day that much more memorable. You, Cindy, and your co-workers are most pleasant and helpful. I has visited your shop before and won't hesitate to do so again, nor to refer you to others looking to find the "perfect" outfit for some special occasion.

There are several reasons why I take the time out of my demanding schedule and drive about 30 minutes each way from my home in Upper Coverdale to Hillsborough Fashions to buy clothes.
The first is the personal service that I receive each time I go. Owner Cindy Hewitt and her staff are reliable, courteous, friendly and knowledgable of the lines of clothing that they carry. Also, since I do not fit typical sizes, the seamstress does a terrific job with affordable alterations.
In addition, if the posted store hours do not agree with my schedule, Cindy has arranged for personal shopping parties after hours to meet my needs. These have been wonderful opportunities for my friends and I to see the latest fashions in a delightful atmosphere.
The second is the quality of clothes. They are classic and timeless. I also appreciate the fact that Cindy tries to buy Canadian clothes. The clothes that I buy here last.
The third reason is time. Since I have 3 young children and work full time outside the home, time is a factor. I know I can always find something to fit my style and budget when I go to Hillsborough vs driving around Moncton from store to store. Moreover, there are times when I would like to wear something for a special occasion and I have never had a problem finding something in Hillsborough.
The last reason I trek to Hillsborough Fashions is the time, energy and money that Cindy and her staff give back to the Greater Moncton Area. Cindy and her dedicated staff log many volunteer hours contributing to worthwhile causes in our communities. The one would be most familiar is the Hillsborough Fashion Gala that has raised over $450,000 in the last 13 years for breast cancer. When was the last time you heard of a woman's chain store giving back?
